1. You must be able to think that being skinny is the best thing you’ve ever wanted.
2. You must never eat rice .. even though it’s delicious, it’s your mortal enemy.
3. Make something you love as your bet. For example, I’ve sworn that I would never eat any cheesecake until I reach 45 kg. And until now I never eat cheese cake.
4. When you are hungry, DRINK. dont eat, food is evil. food makes you ugly. So drink, the more the better .. you can feel the illusion of being full .. :D
5. When you feel like you are about to faint, drink a glass of milk .. and you’ll be as good as new.
6. If you are able dont eat .. my record of not eating is 2.5 days. And after that I felt like dying ..
7. Walk a lot .. walk walk walk walk ..
8. Dont forget that You always need to poop! Poop a lot, not pooping only leads to ugly muffin tops.
9. Drink supplements, vitamins, etc. It prevents from hair loss, fainting, and it’ll bring the color of your skin. NOT eating means that your skin will be ugly so does your hair, but it wont happen if you consume supplements, vitamins, and milk.
10. Drink before you eat. that will make an illusion of you dont feel like eating …

p.s 30 kg is not a target, it’s suicide. Let’s just say, being skinny is a war and if you want to be victorious at the end you must be able to think that food is your enemy for a moment, but when the war is over .. food will be your ally again :D
